参  会 者：共45人， 参与人员为：

               1）各非政府所申报项目的项目负责人；

               2）2008年申报的昆明市相关医疗、疾控单位人员；

               3）中盖省市联合办公室领导和项目官员。

内      容：1.全面总结2008年政府/非政府项目申报的基本情况;

               2.介绍项目申请书的撰写/修改的原则、要求和技巧;

               3.对申报成功的机构进行申请书改进的现场辅导;

               4.对具体的干预工作制定计划和方针。

Contents     : 1.Summary on 2008 GOV/NGO application;

                      2.Introduction on principles、skills and requirements for proposal writing and revising;

                      3.Providing supervisions and advices for  proposal revising and improving.

                     4.Development work plan and strategies for carrying out intervention activities.

1)省/市联合办公室领导、省艾协领导/项目协调员、省/市联合项目办工作人员；

2)政府各项目实施机构项目主要负责人；

3)市疾控中心确证实验室负责人，五华、盘龙、西山、官渡区疾控中心初筛实验室负责人；

4)非政府组织项   目实施机构负责人、挂靠/托管机构负责人。

内    容： 明确项目实施单位的职责及任务、确保项目活动实施的质量和进度。

Contents    : Confirming project partner’s responsibilities and tasks, Ensure quality and progress of project.

1）省/市联合项目办及省艾协领导，省/市联合项目办及省艾协项目官员、财务官员；

2）政府各项目实施机构法人或委托代表及财务人员；

3）非政府组织项目实施机构负责人、挂靠/托管单位法人或委托代表及财务人员。

内    容：与2008年政府、非政府实施机构签订工作协议，明确各项目实施机构的职责和任务，确保项目各项活动的顺利开展。

时    间：2008年11月13日-14日

地    点：昆明四城区

参会 者：共13人， 参与人员：

1）省、市有关专家；

2）省市联合项目办项目官员及财务官员；

3）省艾协项目官员及项目财务官员。

内    容：整体了解自9月份以来，GV和NGO实施机构的工作进展和存在的问题。

Participants: 13 Participants,including 1) Project advisors; 2) Officer and accountant of Yunnan/Kunming Joint AAAC Project Office; 3) Officer and accountant of Kunming AAAC NGO Management Team.

Contents    : To understand project progress and issues since September thoroughly, providing supervisions and monitoring for project implementation.

时    间：2008年12月3日

地    点：昆明市新纪元大酒店

参会 者：共102人， 参与人员：

1）在滇非政府组织和草根组织；

2）在民政、工商等有关部门注册、具有独立法人资格的在滇社会团体；

3）昆明市政府医疗机构下属的VCT门诊或性病门诊；

内    容：

1.  广泛动员组织非政府机构/组织积极参与；

2.  明确项目申请机构的职责及任务、确保项目活动申报质量；

3.  对收到的2009年项目申请书组织专家进行评审。

Participants: 102 Participants,including 1) Yunnan NGO&Grass root grops; 2) Yunnan social organizations; 3) Kunming Governmental VCT&STDs clinics.

Contents  :  1.Mobilized NGO and grass root groups to participate in 2009 AAAC Project applications;

2.Introducing applicants’ responsibilities and tasks, ensure  their project proposals to meet AAAC project’s requirments;

3.Reviewed and evaluated all 2009 project proposals collected by expert panel.

内    容：保障项目活动实施的质量，同时为NGO申报机构提供及时的指导和协调。
